Changing bags that aren't actually changing bags?

My Pacapod is annoying me as it's heavy. I want a new a regular bag that I can put a small pouch in. We use cloth nappies so we can't just pop a SkipHop Pronto in, unfortunately. I need recommendations for a bag to use and a pouch that will fit a couple of reusable nappies and wipes in.
I'm a winter so anything in that palette would be great. Max budget £100.

I have an Ollie and Nic bag which is perfect - big enough for everything I carry around for 2 dc but lots of compartments so I can keep it vaguely organised and easily find things.

They have a sale on and always have nice winter colours...

Purple satchel - The website describes it as pink but it's blatantly purple and I think it's gorgeous (although slightly lacking in the compartment department!)

We use a laptop bag. Also cloth nappies and washcloths instead of wipes. As long as we use a dry bag for the dirty stuff, it works pretty well!

Fab, some great bags there. Thank you.

I use a Manhattan Porterage bag. I had a changing bag for DD1 but much prefer my usual bag. I can bung in a change of clothes, changing mat, couple of nappies, wipes, etc, in the big compartment and have 3 other compartments for other bits. It can be hung over buggy or over my shoulder. And best of all, can be bunged in the washing machine.

Ahhh was going to suggest pacapod- could you not put the pod into a normal bag?

Dontletthemgetyoudown · 23/10/2013 19:50

I just used a large handbag. Usedcloth nappies too. I used pocket nappies so just put them loose in my bag and used to put the wet bag under the buggy once it had anappy in it. I just had a few zipped pouches for baby bits plus one for make up/tampons/pads.

Wishfulmakeupping- the pacapod pods are really bulky and quite rigid so don't fit in many of my handbags.
Soupmaker is this the link! DH uses their bags for work. They are really useful.
