Right you brilliant lot. I have has acne for years and its now finally clearing up thanks to antibiotics and the Pill. I use cetaphil cleanser and wanted to get some moisturiser etc to keep the spots at bay and hopefully start to glow again!
I also use rosehip oil to help with scarring (red flat marks). I hear la Roche Posay and Avene recommended lots. Which particular products are great to maintain my improved skin and also give it a lift. Any recommendations for eye cream too?

Thanks :)

The Roche posay efflacar did nothing for me, wouldn't recommend it at all, personally.

Sounds good.

Any other suggestions?

I am using the Eurecin scrub, concentrate and two of the moisturisers.

The scrub is ok, like a thousand other scrubs. The moisturisers are nice but I do like the concentrate serum, I apply it of a night and it is effective.

Good things are a lovely range, my daughter uses their products and they are available in Sainsburys

Vichy Normaderm Global Anti-Imperfection Hydrating Care (a long winded name but great product) is a really good moisturiser for spot prone skin. It has both AHA's and BHA's (glycolic acid and salycilic acid) in it which exfoliate and keep pores clear while it hydrates.

A serum containing vitamin C will really brighten the skin too. Obagi or Skinceuticals or Alpha H all do good ones.

Watching with interest. I finally got my skin clear earlier this year with a 6-month burst of Diannette. Didn't want to stay on it any longer than I had to so I'm back to my normal self now. My skin is mostly holding up, no cystic acne so far, but there's a slight unevenness and redness to it that just isn't there when I'm on the pill :(

I use very little on it because it doesn't like harsh chemically stuff. I use a Boots Botanics day cream with SPF15 and I cleanse with coconut oil. I don't use a night cream, my skin is usually soft enough after cleansing. I use a Clinique mask once or twice a week if I feel an attack of grottiness building up, also exfoliate once or twice a week with a scrub.

Drink feckloads of water. I do but I have a nasty little coffee habit which probably cancels all of my goodness out.
