Fillers and recovery

My friend has told me she has booked in for fillers on Wednesday. What she doesn't know us her husband has booked a surprise romantic meal for Friday. Could you advise me on whether she will have a bruised face or be in pain so I can discreetly alert him if necessary? He knows she's having it done; I just don't think he thought about whether it will be a bit sore after? (She was fine after Botox a few weeks ago).

Tia.

I was fine after mine, no bruising and no swelling..

I was fine - no bruising or swelling that anyone could notice, although I myself could feel slight swelling which took a week to go away. But when I say slight, I really do mean slight - absolutely no one noticed (and they weren't just being polite because they are my DDs)! On the other hand, my friend bruises easily and her face looked like she had walked into a door. She did have it all over, though, and I had a very small amount on the sides of my mouth. I think it depends how much filler your friend is going to have, and whether she bruises easily.

The lines from nose to mouth and little smokers mouth lines but not lip plumping she said.
Thanks for advice. I don't know whether to say anything to her DH, probably not - hopefully she will be fine.
