Have some money and have decided as now a married woman and soon to be prep school parent I need to buy some more clothes. Have discovered toast - any other suggestion?

Blu · 27/06/2006 20:03

Nicole Farhi
Jigsaw
Hobbs

mancmum · 27/06/2006 20:07

if you have lots of money.. suggest sarah pacini, osca, hebbeding, joyce ridings.. all at big department stores... or second hand on e-bay!

Otherwise for less, in addition to Blu's great ideas, I like Kew and French Connection and some Monsoon...

pickle100 · 28/06/2006 09:24

They will all be wearing Boden IMO.

WelshBoris · 28/06/2006 09:25

IHeartEnid · 28/06/2006 09:28

toast is good also blu's suggestions

WelshBoris · 28/06/2006 09:29

fcuk is awesome

moondog · 28/06/2006 09:29

Toast

Expensive dishcloths.

Don't go there.

Literally.

Kelly1978 · 28/06/2006 09:34

fcuk is good for clingy jumpers. I like farhi, kew and Jigsaw too. Also Jaeger for nice shirts, some of bennetton. I think most of Boden looks old but I do like some of their skirts atm.

IHeartEnid · 28/06/2006 09:36

lol moony

stylish expenisve dishcolths though (the fashion equiv of the E cloth?)

We're only jealous FF.

honeybunny · 28/06/2006 18:50

How 'bout Whistles or Joseph or L K Bennett?

The yummy mummies round here are all sporting white jeans and an array of "pretty" tops, floral and/or the odd bit of sparkle and a high wedge sandal. Dont forget to wear your sunnies as an alice band too!!!

bundle · 28/06/2006 18:51

just don't wear head-to-toe anything, mixing & matching your nicole farhi with your new look is the key

layla · 29/06/2006 18:25

Coast and Monsoon.Love all the victorian shirts about now one of those is a must.Doesn't matter how old you are.Short sleeved shirt dresses to wear over trousers are lovely.

puff · 29/06/2006 18:35

Karen Millen

Frenchgirl · 29/06/2006 18:38

isn't Karen Millen a bit too footballers' wives though?

mousiemousie · 29/06/2006 18:55

bought anything yet?

puff · 29/06/2006 23:11

I like Karen Millen clothes - too ££££££ for me unfortunately unless the sale is on. Which WAG wears them then? Must be one with taste.

oxocube · 30/06/2006 05:52

Fio, I wish, wish, wish I was clever enough to make my own clothes!
