Hi, I'm 3 weeks post c-section, not bf. suddenly my boobs are a flat, saggy mess. Doesn't help my self esteem!

I need help!

Where is the best place I get fitted for a good bra?

Is there anything else I can do to help the little flappers? A product? Excercise? Prayer?

there are LOTS of bra threads on here, which tell you how to measure yourself for a well fitting bra. can't comment on your boobs, but pregnancy can do strange things to breasts!

congrats on your baby btw Flowers

I would get a couple of softer styles to wear for the next few weeks while your size settles - even if you aren't feeding, the effect of your boobs preparing to feed and then deflating afterwards will really change your shape. FWIW both times I've stopped feeding, my boobs have been utterly deflated for a couple of months, then returned to a slightly more normal shape (although not exactly where they were before!), and I imagine its the same thing regardless of whether you feed or not.

When you do buy some decent bras, maybe stick to balconette styles that don't have too much fabric at the top - full cups and other bras with lots of fabric up top (even some plunge styles) won't fit if you don't have enough breast tissue at the top of your boobs to fill them. I love panache tango bras.

Thank you both for responding.

Shelley, I don't have the confidence to measure myself! I would like to go somewhere and have a professional do it.

Odd boobs is another one of the joys of being a mother that no one talks about!

Interesting to hear This has also happened to you, hopefully. I have never had balcony bras before. Will investigate further.

Am wearing soft bras at the moment, but tummy sticks out further than boobs!!!

Honestly OP, do it. Have a go at measuring yourself. I did it a couple of weeks ago (also have a new baby) and the difference was amazing. I now have a bra that fits and supports, even though I am feeding. Second the idea of balcony bras for lift.
I'm sure you look much better than you think, you've just had a baby so go easy on yourself!
