Do I base my 'season' on my natural colouring or the colour I have achieved with intervention Smile ? My natural hair is a boring mousey brown with lots of a few strands of grey. However thanks to modern science Wink my hair is a lovely dark caramel blond with red undertones.

My eyes are a run of the mill blue, my skin tone I would describe as warm reddish golden think ruddy which neither burns easily or tans. It goes slightly red and then a light brown. My veins are mostly blue with a green tinge and for jewelry a burnished, warm gold rather than bright silver suits me best.

I favour warm muted colours. My wardrobe is largely made up of periwinkle and light warm blues. Green is another fav and I can also wear baby pink. I would never wear citrus colours and bright pink would be my absolute nightmare along with silver.

Would any one be kind enough to diagnose me? I am thinking of a christmas treat to HOC so any recommendations for East Anglia, Colchester/ Bury St Edmunds way would be appreciated. Thanks

When you have a RL analysis, it is done entirely on what is naturally you. If you have coloured hair (about 60-70% of my clients do), then it is covered with a dead stylish little white nurses cap type thing so the analyst isn't distracted by the 'fake' colour. Which doesn't mean you can't keep colouring your hair afterwards! Loads of colours will match each season, if you want it to harmonise.

Its based on your skin - not eyes or hair.

Hopefully ah a nice plastic cap to look forward to! That makes sense.

MadAboutHotChoc Now I'm confused as the HOC website says it analyses skin, hair and eyes? Hmmm I guess i'll just have to book an appointment and find out what they think.

Yes, the consultation will look at how each colour change the way your eyes and skin look and they also advise on suitable hair colours for those who dye their hair.
