I don't understand matching underwear sets

I have 2 issues, firstly the underwear I wear is largely decided by my clothes, so if I'm wearing a light top and dark bottoms, the underwear will be light on top and dark below.

Second, unless you're buying silk bras (surely most people aren't?) bras tend to be nylon, so does that mean you wear nylon knickers all along too?

I hate the microfibre M& S knickers. I wish they did the nude in cotton in the style I like but they only do the microfibre sadly

No matching sets here either. Multi pack of black M&S microfibre knickers for me. i only have black bras so they do match in colour. Hats off to anyone who can wear the knickers that match Panache tango bras! Most scratchy uncomfortable knickers I've ever worn.

I have a few nude bras, and a selection of nude pants, and a few matching sets which I wear a couple o times a week (one peach, one blue, one green). Incidentally, the matching pants on all of mine have cotton gussets, so no nylon crotch to worry about Grin. All of my bras are the same one though - panache tango. i'm so adventurous.

I always wear matching sets if possible. All my knickers have cotton gussets though.

I tend to match and buy 3 pairs of knickers per bra so I can wear bra more than once. I don't feel properly dressed if I don't match now. Although I wear boyshort things for the gym which are the same colour as my sports bras.

Always matching sets for me. I just can't wear mismatched undies!

I pretty much always wear matching sets. And clearly have the fanjo of a concrete elephant

Who are these people with the fanjo of a concrete elephant, that are able to daily wear polyester smalls, and remain unscathed?

Err, that would be me then Grin

But all knickers have cotton gussets, don't they? (well, M&S ones I buy do).

No nylon near my noo-noo.

Always always always matching sets - I just feel wrong otherwise. I know no-one except my family ever sees them, but that's how I feel.

The colour tends to be governed by the top, so a pale/white set under a light top, or I have a couple of sets with thongs for particular trousers that tend to show knicker lines.

I tend to buy 2-3 pairs of knickers per bra, as they are obviously washed more often.

No, I don't wear matching, because cotton undies are non-negotiable.

Who are these people with the fanjo of a concrete elephant, that are able to daily wear polyester smalls, and remain unscathed? Hmm

Wow, I'm proud of myself on the days I manage to wear a pair of matching socks! Think that the last time my bra and nickers matched was pre kids.

I dont like nylon or manmade fibre knickers so buy big pantsin 100% cotton in plsin black nude and white. I do have a few pairs with lace trim or a print but still cotton big pants Blush

Only a few matching sets which end up wit me only wearing the bras as the knickers are awful.

However, I do change my bras daily, I would feel grubby not doing so.

Another nice M&S cotton bikini or high leg wearer. So bras don't match.

I rarely match-match. I need to wear cotton underwear and no decent bra company has yet worked out that providing matching cotton pant options rather than thrush magnets scratchy lace or sweaty satin might be a profitable way forward.

Have bought matching sets in the past, but never worn them , so have finally learned not to waste money on them. I have pretty bras which match what I am wearing, but for knickers only wear nude or black thongs, which I find most comfortable, and also invisible under clothes. I don't find any other other knickers comfortable.

Don't get it unless I am a mucky slut. I don't change my bra every day but I certainly do my pants! Does everybody change their bra daily? Me 4-5 wears so maybe am a mucky slut Confused

Unless you can by matching sets with 5 pairs of pants?

I always tend to match, if not exactly the same set then the same colour. I just prefer it that way.
