Try Coast for top (but don't buy the cream lace one with the buttoned back) and source skirt from different shop if poss.
Or Monsoon have satin corset tops and long silk chiffon skirts

I have a gorgeous fab black dress from MaxMara - it was pretty expensive but I've worn it to every possible event and I love it to death. I am tall, curvy (size 14) with big boobs and it fits really well. But no good if you're on a budget, sadly!
