after getting away scot free in my teens I now in late 20's have developed small skin colored bumps all across my forehead.

I tend to wear quite a bit of make up which I take off with make up renover wipes.

what should I be doing to get these unsightly buggers to piss awf?

thinking im at a age where o should start looking after my skin anyhow. where to start? cleanse tone moisturise?

any advice most appreciated.

10% AHA cream daily is the only thing that works for me. They come back if I stop, especially if I don't remove my make-up at night.

It will take a few weeks though, as it sloughs the dead skin cells off and it takes time for the closed comodone to come to the fore. It may even make them worse for a week or two as the yet-to-be-formed ones come out. But they should disappear quickly.

I've never tried stronger peels, but they might work just as well/better. Don't go any lower in %.

I tried a BHA cream for a few months but it didnt do anything.

Can you recommend a brand, wishes? I've started getting these since moving to a hot country - exacerbated by exercise but I love running, so am not about to stop!

I've had good results with Neostrata (you can get it from Strawberrynet) but as long as you get one that says 10% AHA / glycolic acid on the front, it should work.

Also wipes can be a bit harsh and can agitate your skin - perhaps try a cream cleanser instead? Wash twice to remove heavy make-up and make sure you use a non-comedogenic sunscreen and moisturiser during the day (whatever your budget can afford)

Thanks for that. At the moment, I've been prescribed an antibiotic cream to knock them back, which is working. But it's not a long term solution. Will give the AHA a go.
