Benefit Dandelion- yay or nay?

I need some new blusher- ideally pale because I tend to buy them too dark. Currently using B Brown Nude Peach which is too bright.

I have Laura Mercier on my list to try but also Benefit.
I've been a bit put off by some reviews on MakeupAlley saying it doesn't show up on skin at all, and someone else mentioned it contains parabens.

Anyone?

I used it more as a face powder all over to perk my skin up rather than a blusher, as it didn't have enough pigment for me.
It is lovely though, and I like to wear quite bright blusher so you may find it okay.

It's nice if you are v v pale, but it's not a blusher really. Benetint is excellent though.

Hi there!

I was really into benefit when I wasa bit younger, but came to the conclusion it's actually fairly crappy make up in kitsch packaging. I think you should be able to get a decent blush that is a matchat bobbi brown, I have a pink one and I am very fair skinned, it's natural looking on me it's called 'slopes'
If you can go to the counter they should be able to find you the right colour.
Hope that helps!

Thanks- yes not so sure about quality of Benefit so will try other BB shades.

Try Boots' Natural Collection blusher in Pink Cloud. Looks identical to Dandelion (well on my skin anyway) and is £2 Smile
