I'm 5ft11", size 12/14 (more on the 14 side now).
Find LTS a bit 'old' and staid. Is there anywhere else to look online for stuff that doesn't cost the earth or am I asking just too much? My fingers are crossed!

Know how your dd feels Sherbert. my teenage years were pretty miserable - had boys shoes and my mum made loads of my clothes. Things do seem to be improving.

This brings back memories from yester-year when I did buy from LTS - riding on the back of the minority and cashing in on it.....ho-hum!
I was looking at dd last night and hoping that she doesn't inherit my 'tallness' - I hope she's about 5ft82 (which I know is still tall). I still wish for wearing all those gorgeous stilletto's, wedges, peep-toes etc but it will never be Envy. Mind you, as a result, my feet are in good nick...no bunions here Wink.

My DS is 14 and six foot. He weighs only 8 and half stone. School trouser buying is a nightmare.

Sherbert37. I've found the only school trousers that fit in length and tiny waist are cheapo ones off the local market. I buy ones with turn-ups and let the turn-ups down to add a couple more inches.

Was just thinking.. The BRAX and MAC brands (very common in Germany) are brilliant for around 34 " leg and go up to smg like size 22 - 24. I know someone who found Brax in TKMAx - it´s normally an expensive if quality brand. Gardeur´s long length trousers are about 33 " but also expensive. re M & S, I think their long leg length has now gone up to 33 " (up from 32") good news for us tall galls..
Thanks for all your tips!

I have found Asda to be coing up very good on the long leg front. I also have a 34" leg and am 6ft.
But does anyone know on a good, not so expensive place to get shirts etc with longer arms? I am fed up with quarter length sleeves!!
