H&M online are a bit pants, aren't they??

I mean, just how long do they take to ship your items???

I really don't understand why they take so long. I have stopped ordering from them because of this.

The order I placed July the 13th arrived today. That's almost 3 weeks. NEVER AGAIN.

Mine showed up today too. 18 days later. Thankfully all items fit but true to h&m form I have 2 dresses that are the same size and make except for colour but one is larger than the other!

Well this has put me right off ordering from them again. I mean, 1 week would have been too long but acceptable but 3?????? Who does that???

I know, it's an outrage! Other shops manage to send your stuff out in less than 3 weeks. What's the crack with H&M? They are a massive retailer so why can't they manage it?

I really wouldn't have minded had they at least been up front about items taking that long - not 4-6 days like they claim. I ordered in stock items, so 3 weeks is too long for them to get to me. It took them most of that time to even bother dispatching 'in stock' items to me. In fairness to hermes they've turned the parcel round in 24hrs. And to pay for that privilege. Many companies offer better service for free hidden in their normal costs, but even for free delivery this is poor. Though I suppose I was paying for hermes side, and they were good...

I have ordered from J.Crew who ship from the States and it's taken no more than 4 or 5 working days. Same with stuff shipped from Germany. So the excuse that they're shipping from Sweden doesn't even cut it.

Oh and I've just realised one item was missing!!! I've called them and they said that they cannot re-send it without taking payment again and then refund me.

Coming up to 3 weeks on Monday for me!! Ordered shorts and t shirts for dd....it'll be bloody winter by the time they arrive and then wont fit her next year !!

Well funnily enough the item that didn't arrive was the reason I ordered from H&M in the first place. Their children' cotton nightwear is fantastic and the prices amazing, specially if you compare with the price of pyjamas in the likes of Boden. So that's what didn't arrive, the pyjamas. Once in the website I got a little carried away...

H &M ship when they say they'll ship. When you add something to your basket it gives you an estimated date of shipment. This has always been accurate for me. This date is often different for each item in your basket. If you pay attention to it their shipping times are fine. I even got to experience their returns service last month and no problems with that either.

Utterly shite. They disappeared from ordered and took weeks to arrive in the R tracking for delivery. Take an age to arrive. I've tried twice and won't bother again.

I've just taken delivery of some shorts for teenage DS, the delivery note has his correct waist but the item was labelled five sizes bigger. I have passed them on to DH instead, though they're still a bit big for him! Wasn't worth returning as they won't exchange different sizes in store unless you pay the in store price, and it worked out as less than a fiver including delivery thanks to discount codes.

blob H&M said they were shipping my stuff 2 weeks ago. Ordered 15th, estimated shipping delivery end of the next week. Nothing added. They didn't even started packing until a week after the latest date in their range.

I was just thinking of placing an online order with H&M...pleased I've reminded myself of how bad they are. I said "never again" last time, so I should really stick with that...
