Way to stop make-up sliding off your face in the heat?! Help?!

I use good quality make-up, mostly Clinique. But I have been finding that even though I general have a very even skin tone, my make-up is going all sweaty and horrible within a coupl of hours in the current heat.

I can generally tackle this by not wearing any, but I have a wedding on Saturday and I need some tips on how to make it last a bit better? Unfortunately the wedding has already wiped me out moneywise this month so looking for some cheap(ish) fixes?

I wear under-eye concealer, tiny weeny bit of foundation and a pressed powder (put on by brush). Blusher, eyebrow pencil, lipgloss if feeling timely!

Thanks all.

You could use a primer. I have found using a more 'mineraly' foundation like l'oriel nude magique BB cream helps or the l'oriel one with the red lid can't be shifted by anything. (I live in Australia - it's the same temp here in winter as the uk heat wave)

Infallible it's called.

Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray works very well. It's not cheap (think it's around £19 full price) but you can find it cheaper online and on eBay.

I use Stila All Day Foundation, doesn't budge not even in the hottest most humid climates. I don't need a primer when I use it. The concealer it comes with is pretty good as well.

For me, a long lasting foundation is the way to go. I use Diorskin Nude which lasts well on me, however today I'm using a tinted moisturiser from Laura Mercier (and Vichy Dermablend as concealer) and it's kept up quite well so far.

I try to avoid powder products, and instead use liquid or cream blush, cream eye shadow and so on (which dries and sets on the skin).
Pencils, for instance khols and eyebrow pencils don't last on my skin in the heat, so instead I use an eyebrow gel (goes on the hairs, not the skin).

I use a minimal amount of moisturiser and just in the areas I need it - on the really hot and humid days, I find that it helps loads.

I try to keep the make up light and not go for full coverage products, as it will be more obvious if they come off.
