Please help me find an outfit

I have an interview on Monday and need an outfit! I dress smart but not interview smart for work day to day. This is for a very senior post (director level) and would be a big promotion for me.

I'm 31, and could do with looking more mature, very large about a size 20, average height. I have a big bust (K cup) and jackets look awful on me. I will likely be up against men in their late 40s who have a lot more experience than me.

Wide feet, size 8 and I can't walk in heels!

There might be a second round of interviews so need something that might work twice?!

Willing to spend up to £200 for everything.

If anyone can even just recommend somewhere to look I'd be grateful. Struggling to find places that stock size 20

ohfook there are some very elegant size 20+ women in my sector (finance/law) who know how to dress to flatter themselves and look very professional. The first thing I would focus on for an interview at a senior level (have one ex-colleague MD in mind here) is that hair, makeup and grooming is perfect - a lovely blow-dry, groomed eyebrows, conservative elegant makeup.

I do think that a jacket is essential - even if you just show up in a jacket and then take it off at some point, it does send the message that you're taking it seriously.

I think if I were you I'd go for a tailored dress that you feel comfortable wearing even if you when you take your jacket off. A navy or black number would be great, like this or this.

On top, I'd wear a contrasting jacket that you don't button closed. It doesn't need to be a suit jacket - consider a round neck 3/4 sleeve one that shows off your wrists, then wear a conservative bracelet.

Chanel look-alike

I have a big bust for my frame too and the key for me is not to wear a jacket that buttons because then I have all this extra fabric flapping everywhere. Something short and tailored that doesn't necessary have to button closed is good though and 3/4 sleeve shows off the thinnest part of your arm.

The alternative is to wear a suit with some nice wide-leg trousers but it's harder to find suit jackets that fit the above criteria and then sometimes the blouse is a nightmare - gapes at the bust etc. But if you've got a lovely formal top you like, wear that and get some wide-legged suiting trousers.

For shoes: you say you can't walk in heels, would these be too high, or www.marksandspencer.com/Autograph-Coated-Leather-Court-Insolia®/dp/B009Z58UGM?ie=UTF8&ref=sr_1_9&nodeId=2040223031&sr=1-9&qid=1373375024&pf_rd_r=15DGDHP9BJWCEDDSSHVK&pf_rd_m=A2BO0OYVBKIQJM&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_i=0&pf_rd_p=321381407&pf_rd_s=center-3 these? Finally there's something like these (though debatable whether open toed shoes are considered formal enough - I think they're fine, some more conservative people may not - proper pedicure essential though).

Arrgh link fail right at the end. Oh well, at least it's click-able!

Thank you so much Xia! I like the Chanel lookalike jacket and the first black shoes are good. I am a bit worried about showing off my knees though so need to make sure a dress/skirt is below my knees.
