stupidly,i started plucking my eyebrows at at really young age with absolutely no idea of how to do it properly.
now they are virtually non-existent.
should I just rely on a good eyebrow pencil or can anyone suggest a better more long term suggestion?

Let them grow back. Get those HD brows done in the meantime.

Try Rapidlash, it may encourage a bit of growth.

HD are the latest thing. Use a combination of waxing and threading to shape, then they tint them. It would allow you to try and grow them a bit as the tint provides the shape. All the slebs have them now!

Cost around £25 round my way.

Go onto QVC (qvcuk.com) they have REVITALASH

There's a different one for eyelashes (Revitalsh) and eyebrows (Revitabrow)

I used to have useless eyebrows and even with eyepencil they were rubbish.
I have used this since January (now I use twice a week on maintenance) and I dyed my eyebrows when I dyed my hair. I couldn't before because dye just emphasised how spindly they were.
They are FLIPPING BRILLIANT Grin.
I need to have mine shaped now, they are really hairy, but I'm relishing the extra brow a bit longer (weird)

If you do try Revitabrow be prepared it takes time. QVC do a 30 day money back guarentee but you won't get results in this time.

They do a kit of lash + brow+ primer (blue mascara) + curler (which are naff)
It's about £97 but look out for special offers/ Easy Pay.

BTW I'm 47 yo and butchered my brows from age 19 onwards. Now I have great brows and great eyelashes.
But I think you need to keep on with it for long term effect.

I'm on a grow back mission

Used rapid brow for about a month now and my brows are definitely thicker. I'm plucking the obvious strays but leaving the re growth along the brow line. They feel much more natural now. I also use benefit Browzings.

I've just started rapidbrow 3 days ago.

I hope to report back in a few weeks time that I am sporting a couple of hairy caterpillar eyebrows. Grin
