help me not drift into frump-zone please...!?
I have a commute on the underground that includes a mile walking to the station on a fairly uneven pavement, and a mile home from a different station on a gravel/grass path. The tube part is easy and work is close at the other end, but I am doing this five days a week and seriously need shoes that will look after my feet, so no heels, probably want something that holds on to my whole foot (brogues?) and given those constraints previously I am awful for ending up in Ecco/Josef Seibel territory.
Shops available to me this weekend are: John Lewis, M&S, Next, Schuh, Office, Dune, Clarks, Aldo, Zara and a couple of independents. I am willing to spend money for quality, maybe up to £150 but if so they would have to go with everything. I tend to wear dresses and jackets, which make up the bulk of my maternity wear, but I also have a black maternity suit with both cropped trousers/knee length skirt options.
Am dragging DH and DS round with me on this shopping trip hence why I want to be focussed and have some styles in mind. Also because I don't like wander-about type shopping either.
Please help meeeee.....
