Do foundations that change to match your skintone work?

Like No 7 Intelligent Colour?

IME, it just means they're very sheer (so your skintone shows through) and they aim to be neutral in tone. The result is often a "one shade fits no-one" type of result, unfortunately, with no more coverage than a tinted moisturiser. Some of them are okay though - I know Avon did a reasonably good one a few years ago.

Yeah that makes sense. The reviews on the No 7 one on Boots website are really good but it just can't work as surely that would be magic!

I think I might stick to my max factor facefinity powder, I just fancied a change but struggle to get a matching shade for my skin.

I used to be a massive fan of the number 7 intelligent foundation, but it is very light coverage more like a BB. I prefer to trowel it in these days.

I like the No7 IC

It's quite light, I hate foundation that feels thick so I like it

It's not particularly thick coverage iyswim. I can still see my freckles through it, but it hides the worse of the flaws

I love the No 7 IC. It gives just enough cover to hide old blemishes and patchy bits, but doesn't look or feel TOWIE. I can't bear feeling like I'm wearing anything other than moisturiser, and this does the job.

Hmm I may try it then. I can't stand looking orange either and I usually end up tangoed or pale with a normal foundation.
