Business class flights - what to wear

Hi

I'm flying business class to Asia next month. I realise this makes me sound daft but is there an etiquette regarding what to wear? Ie can I get away with jeans? I'm presuming I can but don't want to turn up to find everyone else in suits and me looking like a slattern

Or, more importantly, don't overdo it on the fizz before you take off - having to ask the steward mid-lift off if you can use the loo anyway is ever so slightly mortifying .

In my defence - a lot of water had been consumed on the seriously delayed connecting flight (I have never been so glad of my 'only travel with hand-luggage' rule) and the rush to the next plane combined with a single class of fizz waiting to take off rather pushed my poor bladder over the edge.

Hope the trip goes well and no, it was not at all a 'stupid' post - asking a question about something you're not sure of is the intelligent, not stupid, thing to do.
