Help me find a good moisturiser please

I have dry skin, with a few small lines , I am early/mid thirties, and currently have a moisturiser called Chanel Hydra Gel cream, but it doesn't feel particularly moisturising, and it feels a bit sticky, and then dried on.
Any other recommendations please - oh and it has to smell nice

Bumping I need the same! Been using a natural moisturiser for dry skin-naked I think it's called. It's not doing much at all.

I think I may have tried that if it's the one they give out on BA..

I swear by Clarins hydraquench cream. It moisturises my super dry skin, my skin never reacted to it, doesn't sting, and has SPF 15. Makeup goes on smoothly after 5 minutes or so.

Shiny, you need to exfoliate too. Just gently about twice a week (do it in the shower so you can rinse it easily) but this will get rid of dead cells on the surface allowing the moisturiser to work more efficiently. Should soak in better too. Will also help soften any fine lines.

Oh and use an oil too. Clarins blue orchid is gorgeous and lasts forever as you hardly use any.
Use it sparingly on damp skin in the evening. You can moisturise too.

Flavo C. You can get it from some salons, clinics and online. I can honestly say, I used to work with 'skin' and half of the supposedly top creams out there are pretty standard ingredients with fancy packaging and a lot of perfume. Flavo C is super plain packaging but amazing for keeping skin hydrated...& oddly I've never had a cold since using it (v high dose of vitC) there's also a serum version for older or sun damaged skin

That's funny I used to buy Clarins but then got seduced by the Chanel packaging.
Fatty - I do exfoliate 3 x a week, but it the cream specifically still doesn't feel great.

I have very sensitive skin and cant cope with anything perfumed.

I love Body shop Aloe night cream. I actually wear it in the day during this sort of weather. It's fab. It's about £10.

But Jalopy I love perfumed - it's my shiny sparkly side you see

Only thing I can use is Liz earle.My skin doesn't like those perfumed creams

Hmm, definately try the oil then. I found it helped my skin really quickly.

It's not a brilliant cream, but it's alright - No7 'Beautiful Skin' - the one for dry skin smells exactly like the Chanel one not that that seduced me into buying it, oh noo

Thanks for all the tips - I will go and have a look around later I like the idea of the face oil, will also have a look at Lancome.

I use Estée Lauder's Daywear Anti-Oxidant Cream with SPF 15. I love it, have been using it for quiet a few years now and I always end up going back to it. I've got quite dry and sensitive skin and many other creams have always made me come out in a rash or spots.

Does it smell nice zen?

Another vote for elemis. I use the marine cream and it's fabulous. I have fairly sensitive skin so am careful about what I use.
