Anyone used Revlon Lip Butter...?

I feel in desperate need of something to perk me up appearance wise, and have seen these. I am not keen on lipsticks generally (ie I never wear one till its finished) and usually, if anything, use Benefits Benetint on my lips as well as cheeks. However, having used some if the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour tints a while back and liking them, I am wondering if these are on a par.
Views please.....?

I have a couple, they are definitely less drying than lipstick but I still need a lip balm underneath. Nice colours but probably wouldn't buy again TBH

Are they quite sheer, but still obvious (hope that makes sense!)

I've got one, it's definitely less drying than regular lipstick. But I always dab a bit of Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream on my lips before applying any kind of lip colour.

I think you will probably like them, I do and I'm very picky about lipstick. They're quite moisturising but not sticky, they last a long time on the lips and fade evenly rather than leaving a ring around the edges of your mouth, and the colour range is very good. I have Macaroon (a pink/orange/caramel sort of shade, like a muted pinky coral colour) which is very flattering but subtle, and one which I think is called Raspberry Tart (magenta but sheer enough to look right regardless of what you're wearing). They're my favourite lipsticks, I wouldn't use anything else now.

Not sheer exactly but colour is fairly subtle and does last well

Subtle is good for me! I don't have the lips for statement lipsticks, and am not keen on feeling 'made up' either.

I found Lip Butter to be WAY more drying than any other lipstick. My lips were a peely mess after a couple of days.

Korres tinted lip butters are much better.

I found them quite drying-prefer Clinique Sticks-though much more ££.

I have very dry lips but need a little bit of colour, abd I realky like Clinique butter shine lipstick. More mousturising than chubby sticks or anything else I tried.
