I need a foundation which won't collect in the little creases round my eyes (NB they are not wrinkles...)

don't want to take out a mortgage to pay for it either!

Any ideas? Grin

well, everyone else recommends Chanel Vitalumiere... got to be worth a try

morningpaper · 04/05/2006 09:19

At 32 I think you need something by Cuprinol

acnebride · 04/05/2006 09:22

if there were a fire in our house i would grab my prescriptives foundation

i had it for my wedding and it cost £45 Shock but it's lasted two years and still going strong. it's probably off but it still looks great to me

l'oreal has a foundation that actually lifts and firms the skin, dont know what its like though

manitz · 04/05/2006 09:52

i have an ysl one which is 'lighter than a tinted moisturiser' (quote woman from behind counter) and it is truly fab. doesn't collect in creases and despite being old enough to also warrant cuprinol does the trick for me. Can't remember name, will post tonight but it's about 30quid.

shazronnie · 04/05/2006 13:19

I suppose cuprinol would also save me the expense of fake tan Grin

I use that Maybelline mousse stuff that you just rub on with your fingers, doesn't go into my 'little creases'.

32 as well and desperately in need of a makeover... keep thinking I should start a for goodness sake sort PC out thread on here (mainly coz I'll have a little cash for the next few weeks, until I blow and have to wait for the next student handout.

Anyway- I use Maybelline Instsant Rewind, seems good to me.

OK I lie- I once used it foran ocasion, haven't bothered since Blush
Am I the only qualified make up artist type (long time ago) with bad hair, bitten nails and no make up? Oh waht a long way I have fallen.

notasheep · 04/05/2006 14:44

Make up artists use Max Factor

shazronnie · 04/05/2006 21:29

thanks I will venture into Boots sometime soon, or failing that B & Q for polyfilla and spray paint.

Clarins tinted moisturiser is great, and I think it's because it has less "powder" content, which seems to accentuate lines imo.
