Does anyone do them and seen results?

Can you recommend any specific ones?

Apparently, you notice results after about 3 months.

Check out Eva Fraser's DVD. She started doing them at circa 60 and is now on her 80s. She looks amazing.

Hmmmm...........have also read that her photos are somewhat airbrushed- not the genuine thing.

Maybe exercises do work but you have to be really dedicated, do them exactly right and keep doing them day in and day out.

TheMaskedHorror · 03/03/2013 16:39

I am willing and able if they work!

Just wondered if anyone has done them and can say that they are brill and they look a hundred times better than they did before :)

I religiously do a few, have done for a good few years. Don't know if you would think I look any younger but so far have avoided the two lines at bottom of each cheek look and don't have a double chin.
First is tilt head right back and drop and pull up lower jaw to close mouth. Think goldfish! Grin

  1. Really exaggerated 'ooo' 'eeee' really quickly for a few minutes. (I do this while I'm driving a lot)
3.Using my tongue, pushing it out at far as I can through each cheek, from one side to another

Just realised have pic on my profile. You can tell me if they have kept me Looking any younger

poozlepants · 03/03/2013 16:58

I have been doing them on and off since I was 16 when a PE teacher told us it would stop us getting wrinkles. I am 44 and don't have any crows feet and very few wrinkles. This maybe partly because I am very fair skinned and have had to stay out of the sun for the last 40 years.
However I have avoided the double chin that runs in our family whether fat or thin. I had surgery on my salivary gland and I couldn't do any exercises for a few months and discovered I had started getting the double chin. A month or so facial exercises and I was back to normal.
I also do facial massage and I def look better after 2 or 3 weeks of that.

IslaValargeone · 03/03/2013 17:30

Maeve, you look great, barely more than a year old :o

TheMaskedHorror · 03/03/2013 17:41

QueenMaeve you look fab!
I love your illustrations and will try that exercise. I'm hoping to avoid those dreaded jowls now I'm on the wrong side of 40!

Poozlepants which exercises do you do? is there a book or an easy description?

Monthly facials are the best way to get good face cut. It is also good for skin.

QueenMaeve · 06/03/2013 16:31

Lol Kristina, had to think about the table for a minute! Forgot it was even there. It was for a thread ages ago when we were discussing repainting/spraying furniture and I'd posted it to show the one I'd done!
Say mama I'm 36, so at least that's a year less! I'll take anything Grin

KristinaM · 06/03/2013 17:37
