Under eye concealer pens

OK, I have £20 to spend on the above. I don't have dark circles; just need something to lift the eye area and stop me looking so clapped out. It can't be too drying, as I suffer from dehydration in that area. Any recommendations? (or am I going to have to bite the bullet and fork out £35 on the By Terry touche veloutee?)

The Ellis Faas ones are nice too, can't remember how much they are though.

Oh god, not the By Terry thing. It's horrible. The brush is stiff and vile, and it doesn't conceal properly. Try the cheapie cheap Collection 2000 one at boots (wand in cylinder kind) which is about £3, really very good and not drying. Or the Maybelline clicky pen (highly rated on Makeupalley). Bound to be less than a fiver, that one. Or the Bobbi Brown corrector (I'm on the fence with that one, it's a little tub you put on with a brush, very pigmented but it's based on the fact that you correct first, then put on a layer of concealer, and I don't like the layering concept). but the BB one really does conceal. Or the Mac concealer in a little tub (very pigmented, put on with a little brush). I am infuratingly dry in the undereye area and find layering serum then Clarins Hyraquench ultrarich then concealer works ok. I keep foundation and powder well away from that area, certainly. The other creamy style one that is highly rated is the Laura Mercier secret camoflage.

The body shop one in the silver tube. I think it's called lightening touch. It's about £14. It's nice and light and not cakey but does work.

Thank you all. I shall try the Maybelline on one eye and The Body Shop on the other. Maybelline is buy one get one half price at the moment- £6.99 for the lumi wand. Thanks for the tip Claudia about the By Terry thing. A stiff brush would probably irritate my eye.

Well I love the By Terry one, plus it's a huge pen and will last ages. I click it onto my hand and then dab it under my eyes rather than brushing it on.

Collection 2000 is my fave budget cocnealer.

Aldi used to do a fabby one, I ditched Clinique for it as it was nearly as good and a fraction of the cost but it seems to have vanished. So failing that Clinique or the Liz Earle one is good but I am finding I am having to twist it a LOT to get any out.
