I use it dry before a shower, yes?

Where do I start and what direction do I go in? Do I go in straight line strokes or circles? Will it be worth it?

Please can you answer as if you're talking to someone who has literally no clue.

I get dry skin and ingrown hairs so thought it would help. It's a super cheapy boots essentials one, £3.99 with a long handle, if that makes a difference. If it's good and worth doing I'll invest in a fancy wooden one Smile

Tia.

Oh and I'm pregnant, is it still ok to do it?

Thanks

Yes, use it dry before shower. Long upward strokes on legs, arms and the rest of your body. The idea (I think) is that you move towards the direction of your heart Yes it does make a difference if you do it regularly. Can you use it while you're pregnant, no idea, but can't think why you wouldn't be able to.... Hth!

Thank you... new regime starts tomorrow. Thinking about the summer skin being on show already. Can't wait after being covered in about fifteen layers for what feels like forever!

I used it religiously before getting married last year and I thought it made a big difference, so go for it! My commitment has waned a bit since then though.... You've inspired me to start using again so thank you! Grin

yy long strokes towards your heart on dry skin.

Makes massive difference to my cellulite. I have the Elemis one which has a detachable handle and a hand strap on the main bit, iyswim.

I like it best without the handle.

Do you do everywhere? Like start from your feet and hands or do you just start at the knees and elbows and do the bits that look worst?

I start with lower legs, I don't bother with feet.

I spend most time on thighs, bum and tummy and upper arms which are all my prone to bleurgh bits.
