What does MAC mean when they say there's a difference between

"medium coverage" for one product and "medium buildable coverage" for another? Does it mean that to achieve medium coverage with the latter I have to apply layers?

As in "Both the PRO LONGWEAR SPF10 and STUDIO FIX FLUID SPF15 foundation have a medium buildable coverage where the MATCHMASTER SPF15 has a medium coverage."

What do you think?

Dunno. If you've not used the specific products before you really should pop to a counter and have a play about.

I would think that I could layer up the buildable coverage to get full coverage. So they both start off as medium, but one builds well and the other does not.

But best ask/play.

I hate going in, they're all so perfectly made up and I usually look a mess! I've gone in for colours and intial discussion re colours but I'd rather get stuff online now!!!
