Silver ballet flats ...are they chav?

Sorry I know I keep going on about them, but I bought some and now I cant decide whether they might be a bit chavvy (charlotte church wearing them in heat this week)
Shall I take them back for another pair I have seen?
Promise this is the last time I will mention them

Deffo not chav, lots of trendy people wearing them, black footless tights not especially chav either, your chav radars are all out

Actually I didn't think about the colour, I was just talking gernally.

Also a secretly hoping blak footless tights come into fashion as I have a lovely denim skirt that is just too short to wear.. would look great over black footless tights ala early maddonna/cindy lauper...
