Cellulite how do I get rid of it?

I have recently had my beautiful baby girl and am so happy... Not so happy about the weight I'm still trying to lose and even more so, not happy about the cellulite!! I have found this product that is endorsed by that girl from towie, and wondered if its any good. Any ideas girls?

This is the details I found online:

cellulite.productzone.net/

It's called slendex.

A couple of other mums I have spoken to said they have tried the crackle gel and it worked really well!

Any ideas?

Cellulite dimples are a reflection of the fat cells that lie beneath. I love my lotions and potions but do not believe there is any cream on the market that can zap subcutaneous fat.

All you can do is improve the tone of the skin that lies over it by dry body brushing, body scrubs in the shower and lots of body lotion. Oh, and exercise!

One thing I would say is avoid fizzy drinks, they seem to be a culprit behind a lot of people's cellulite.

Actual 'cellulite' products though? A con.

I am with Squoosh.

However I think if you try and avoid certain things it helps - caffeine, sugar, processed stuff and saturated fats.

Probably because some of these make your body want to retain water and that makes it look worse than it has to iyswim.

I always find that losing weight kind of gets rid of it to an extent.

Thanks for this everyone, I believe in no pain no gain so am back at the gym but just wanted to know if anyone else had tried this. Seems quite expensive but apparently the results were great. I have a couple of friends ( not mummy's yet) that saw an article on it and gave it a try.

I do think your right though, as with weight loss it's about what you put into your body or what you don't put in!! 😀

For a cream to be effective on cellulite it would have to penetrate through all skin layers. To do that would mean that the product would be classed as a medicine not a cosmetic and so you would need a prescription. You can improve your skin tone by body brushing as suggested above, drinking more water, eating more healthily and exercising. Most of these anti cellulite products also state you should exercise and follow a healthily diet in addition to using them. In my view its this that has the effect not the cream.
