eye masks to reduce puffiness

Hi there, does anyone know of any good eye masks that would reduce puffiness and/or early wrinkles?

I mean something like a face mask but for the eye area.

I've tried various roll ons, eye creams and gels but with not much success.

Am willing to pay for something that actually works. I may be asking too much but otherwise my only hope is surgery!

chilled teabags are the absolute dogs for puffiness. wrinkles (fine ones) respond best to oils IMO. Before you go surgical try Carole Malone's facercise eye exercises. I get a vast improvement in my puffiness when I do them regularly.

How long do you leave the teabags on for madmomma?

have a look after 5 mins. If they're really bad 10. It's the tannin apparently that has the tightening effect. It really does work.

Thanks madmomma ! i was never sure if teabags actually worked but I'll give it a go!

I'll try the exercises too. Can you recommend an oil? I've heard good things about rosehip oil but never tried it. Oh actually is it rosehip seed oil I'm thinking of? Or is it the same thing?!

Honestly pinky it really does. We're not talking cucumber slices -type bollocks here. I used to have the eyes of a basset hound (if I could upload a pic I would) and I swear by the facercise exercises. And teabags in an emergency - cos who has 10 mins to lie with teabags on their eyes every day?! Wrt oils - I think any oil would work to plump up the lines. I'm using an argan oil from holland + barrett at the mo, and my lines are definitely softer for it. I bet something like olive oil would be just as good though. But if you're seriously thinking long term about surgery I would put the time in and learn the facercise eye exercises first. Really I would. I would not do them every(ish) night if they didn't work wonders. If I go a couple of weeks without doing them I look much baggier - older & more tired.

Wow that's amazing that the exercises have such a strong effect, will definitely try them! I'll check out Argan oil too.

The Revitol eye cream sounds great too.

I've actually tried ice!! But it only works for a few mins and it's bloody cold!
