strumpetpumpkin · 24/11/2012 17:04

wear something else, or wash and dry it somehow

Funnylittleturkishdelight · 24/11/2012 17:05

ewww

does it really really smell?

Will a very strong fabreeze not do the trick??

Might have to be a different outfit and no more lending of clothes.

anniewoo · 24/11/2012 17:05

Says don't tumble dry. I'll kill her

White vinegar will get the smell out but there might not be enough time to wash it before tonight

anniewoo · 24/11/2012 17:07

Also i have hinted that her deoderant/ anti perspirant doesn't work so well. She's very sensitive ( and really nice). It's black so talc can't be used. Aghhhhh!

You just can't wear a smelly dress. There must be something else you can put on for tonight, surely?

dearprudence · 24/11/2012 17:10

If it smells, there's no way to get rid without washing it. Can you dry it on a radiator, or even iron it dry if you really don't have an alternative.

anniewoo · 24/11/2012 17:25

Thanks for all your replies. Have put it in wash in net bag as has beading and hope i can tumble it on low heat . F*kity f*k

Don't tumble dry - stick it over a hot radiator for a couple of hours.

BOFingSanta · 24/11/2012 17:31

Noooo, you can't tumble dry it!

anniewoo · 25/11/2012 00:23

Thanks for all your help. Washed it and tumbledried it in a pillowcase on the lowest of the 2 heat settings i have. A little damp around the neck but it was fine.
