I'm a hairstylist and disillusioned with my local salons. So I've taken to doing my own again.

I can't see the resemblance - looking at the pic of her on the MN front page she has a long bob which is shorter at the back, whereas yours is much longer and layered. Well done for cutting your own hair so well!

I coloured it for halloween just with a shop one, it was looking too light on the ends.

I get that a lot cocolepew it's just genes. Must be as I started smoking and drinking at 10. I don't smoke now but still drink a bit. My mam's 82 and looks in her 60s which helps seen as her bf is mid 50s My dp's older than him!

I know I blame my Scottish genes Well that and the fact I hung around with older dcs. Plus a friend with spare cash and a dubious shopkeeper who'd sell them to us. My two have no desire to smoke thank God. They hate it.
