Seen some in charity shop, they need cleaning which good dry cleaner could probably do? Worth the risk? They're £50.

Not for £50 + cleaning fees. Have a look at M&M direct as they have some Uggs on there at the moment.

OhCobblers · 13/10/2012 13:08

No way!! be carefull buying them online too. My friend bought a pair and they turned out to be fakes. Try TK Maxx for a decent pair of boots. I personally think Uggs are 'orrible

gregssausageroll · 13/10/2012 13:47

No, they should be worn with bare feet. Ugh.

cardoon · 13/10/2012 13:49

I have washed mine 3 times in the washing machine on hand wash - no need to dry clean...

mirpuppet · 13/10/2012 14:58

No. Too many people wear then bare foot; also some seem to collapse at the heel at some point. 50 is alot for used boots.

bishboschone · 13/10/2012 15:02

I wash mine all the time . Put your foot in them and see how the sheepskin is . My very old pair are worn through at the toes and heel.

bishboschone · 13/10/2012 15:02

By the way my sister runs a charity shop . She regularly sells uggs for £70 second hand . My newest pair were £250!!!

Oldandcobwebby · 13/10/2012 15:05

Bloke alert! It is no coincidence that the post shows as Ugh boots. They look slovenly and vile. Would it really be a problem to dress smartly, not like a flipping Eskimo? Bleugh!

Ihatemytoes · 13/10/2012 15:45

What Oldandcobwebby said. They look like teddy bear feet.

kiwigirl42 · 13/10/2012 17:46

god no! they make your feet sweat buckets. Its bad enough when its your own but a strangers....?

HoneyDragon · 13/10/2012 17:50

I got mine off facebook used. Chucked them in the washing machine they came out like new. It is not compulsory to wear them bare feet. Cost me £20.00.

FreddieMercurysEnormusPumpkin · 13/10/2012 17:53

Ugh boots is the best typo ever:)

OhCobblers · 13/10/2012 18:07

I do have some but they're 4 years old and look it! The charity shop ones have the buckles and rrp is over £200!
But perhaps time to save up and buy from Celtic sheepskin which I love!
Thanks Grin

They are dangerous as well as ugly. A lady got charged for dangerous driving after crashing her car.

MaBaya · 13/10/2012 18:15

Uggs are minging. Spend hour fifty quid on some nice leather boots.
