It can't be a cheap hair colour surely.

I once did some work experience on a fashion mag. There was a bonde wig lying about so I tried it on. To horrified cries from the fashionistas of 'take it off! You must NEVER go blonde!' Some people just don't suit blonde... (my hair is very dark brown).

Shite, I'm blue/green colour blind!
Actually, I'm red/brown too. Not easy!

It's definitely to do with her tone, I'm sure she is a Winter with her dark hair and stunning blue eyes. Winters are cool toned so a warm yellow is about the worst colour for their hair imaginable. They shouldn't even wear yello clothing let alone dye their hair bright yellow!! have you noticed how much more her eyes "pop" when her hair is dark?

I disagree Kerstina about the veins thing, I'm warm toned and have blue veins. I have two cool toned friends who have green veins.

Oh, no..... That's the Easter chick yellow my hair turns whenever I have tried going blonde. It looks ruddy awful. She needs a toner on that prompto.

She looks nicer with her hair dark with a few honey highlights through the front.

I don't understand what the fuss is about mind re her looks. Maybe it was the comparison between her and that utter twonk she was in a band with but I think she is rather plain.

Yeah to be honest I could not work mine out either as they were a greeny blue. I have pale skin but tan easily, hazel eyes, mid brown hair but was golden blonde as a child. I feel I am obviously an Autumn which suits warm but I love silver over gold jewellery and crave ash blonde hair over golden !
Find it very interesting though.

Kerstina you sound more like a soft summer to me. Silver jewellery and ash blonde hair is fan on a summer. Have a look at the Truth is Beauty website. Self diagnosing is really difficult but I find th info on that site quite useful. Really recommend the House of Colour. 100 quid extremely well spent as covers clothes, make up, hair and jewellery.

I only said I crave it I don't think ash blonde would suit me, maybe highlights. Well you have made me doubt myself I always prided myself on being a bit arty and thought I instinctively knew my colouring ! I love wearing natural green, browns and greys. Will try and pop my picture up very briefly would love your expert opinions Smile

I had a look at your picture. I think highlights of honey and light brown would look nice on you.

If you have a typical 'English rose' complexion you are probably warm skin toned. Think Kate Middleton!

I agree, Tulissa does not suit the blonde she is now at all. It does her no favors whatsoever.

I was a natural golden-redhead (brown eyes)when i was little, i say was, because if i let my roots come through now, i have one or two greys and then its more of a light coppery brown. Anyway i went from being auburn to having a full head (cap) blonde highlights about 2 years ago. A big change. Fanstastic bright blonde highlights, brill colour, but i only had them for one week. Did not suit me at all. The blonde just drained the colour from my face.

I went back to the hairdresser and went back to auburn, as soon as i did, like magic, the colour came back to my face! But the weird thing is, i had blonde highlights before, about 10 years ago & they looked fine on me then, very weird! And i know other natural redheads, same colouring as me who can carry off blonde no problem.
