I have put my pic up temporarily, can you tell me if red would suit my skin tone?

Very posey and naff pic, sorry Grin

Not having any time I tried figuring out my colours at home and I think I am an Autumn.

I have my eye on this dress in black but would also like to buy it in red. I like red but just not sure if it would wash me out or clash with my skin tone. I look paler than this in the winter so would probably wait till summer to wear it or use some fake tan/ bronzer.

Waddya think?

Just wanted to come back and thank everyone for their opinions.

And also for the compliments Blush

After a year at home with my DD I have been feeling very un-glamarous and more than a little haggard so its really made me feel like smiling today Smile

Yes I think you'd suit red.

hmmmmm · 25/09/2012 01:12

Oh you could look glam in a bin liner! You're too pretty to ever look haggard Smile

Are you having a night out?

jumpingjackamo · 25/09/2012 02:10

Thank you!

No more compliments or I might get a tad inflated in the ego and no one, and I mean no one, wants that Grin

I wish hmmmm, I'm up late doing the laundry.

Might take a break and put some cucumber on my eyes and watch a bit of corrie though.

I mean are you planning a night out in the dress? Smile

I'm up late planning homework strategies for my reluctant ds2.

Are you in the UK JJ?

jumpingjackamo · 25/09/2012 05:14

Ha! Grin

Not planning a night out, but I know a few events will be coming up as it gets closer to Christmas.

Yes I am in the UK, I'm a Londoner.

I asked as the dress was in dollars I think?

Well I hope you have a fab time wherever you end up Smile

Skivvytomany · 25/09/2012 08:25

No idea about colours but I really like that dress.

I went to a HOC presentation in the summer and the presenter said that there is one shade of red that suits everybody. It is called True Red, but I'm not sure I would recognise it if I saw it.
