Mulberry - bayswater tote

If you own one of these what do you think of it? I prefer it to the bayswater (how does anyone get these to stay on their shoulders)? but I do tend to cram my handbags full of shit so I wonder as it has no zip/flap if everything will just fall out? The option of carrying less junk with me isn't going to happen. I like to "be prepared"....

I'm lusting after one too.
I have the regular Bayswater which I love, although it's wearing out after 5 years of daily use. I have no problem keeping it over my (horrid, rounded) shoulder unless I'm wearing a puffa. Holds loads of crap too.
My only reservation about the tote is that it doesn't look quite so secure. The flat bit on the old ones makes you feel very safe. Mind you it looks like it has a magnet closure inside.
I don't think you can go wrong with Mulberry; timeless classic that can be used daily.
I think they do a really big one too, imagine all the junk you could put it there.

My DD's nursery school owner (i'm in the wrong job) has this in oak and tis lovely but SOOOO heavy. It breaks her back carrying it around all day...

I also tend to lug my handbag around with me rather than carry it! I'm not convinced with it being so open at the top still. Less about people nicking things from it more about everything just spilling out of it such as fluffy polos, odd socks, dummies, stones and crayons...
