not this one... it's very boxy, practically bat-winged. i sized down and probably need to do so again.

I've just sent back an autumn breton as it was too short on me. I am v tall though. I generally find boden true to size.

Callmecordelia · 18/09/2012 11:52

No breton tops for me then to add to very extensive collection out of this collection. Good to know!

3rdnparty · 18/09/2012 18:46

I find they are v pear shaped... am usually a 16 (34g) but often need at least an 18, their tops do seem to have got longer and do wash v well but last years breton really odd fit am tempted to try again as h&m do not wash as wellSad but am a 14 for skirts and never found a pair of trousers to fit Grin save myself a fortune and don't often look...............

MUST remember to send them back... is returning stuff easy? i quite literally have never done it before, i tend to be a big trier-onner of clothes.

Very easy to send back cut the bag properly and it reseals put on a lael and return via Royal Mail or Plus something at many corner shops.

Freshletticiaandslugs · 18/09/2012 22:03

I have big shoulders and boobs and find their stuff is small on the top half, but if I go up a size to fit the boobs in then they have massive prop-forward shoulders.

AitchTwoOhOneTwo · 18/09/2012 22:36

you're making me think i shouldn't even risk the smaller size, tbh. shame, it should be a nice jumper... just something odd about it. and fluffy on the inside. Hmm

I find that they mess around with their sizing/fit a lot. I really think they do listen to their customers but if you are not shaped like the average customer it can be disappointing.

I bought some Navy velvet jeans about 5 years ago in the first season they did them. They were, and still are wonderful in all ways. I save them for special occasions so I dont wear them out. Every year I try and buy another pair and every year they are different and yet still wrong for me. Sad I'm apple shaped with skinny legs.

AitchTwoOhOneTwo · 18/09/2012 23:35

moi aussi. nightmare trying to get jeans that fit what i laughingly refer to as 'my waist' that don't also bunch up at the fanny enough to make me look like i'm packing a considerable penis. don't get trousers from fat face, let me tell you.
