One of those without whatever chemicals we're meant to be avoiding, but which actually works as the one's I've tried before haven't seemed to actually clean my hair somehow.
TIA

I have tried approx one million, and always end up coming back to the chemically ones. The best affordable one I've found is the Naked range, but you need to use quite a lot. The Neals Yard ones are good, but expensive. Unimpressed with all others, including faith in nature, green people, Jason, witrose organic (which isn't very organic).

We use the Naked stuff, I like it.

Also the Lush bars are pretty good.

green people tick the boxes, but their shampoo and conditioner I tried were really haviliy purfumed with overpowering aromatherapy oils and smelt a bit lentil weavery. Not sure if they do a scent free one?

why do the good organic "natural" cosmetics company think we all want to smell really strongly of lavender all the time... I mean I like lavender but there are other natural scents that are less imposing!

I got one in Sainsburys a few months back on bogohp. Think it's called Happy Hair or Happy Days or something Confused Think it was £4ish a bottle.

I'm using ginger and pomegrante which is supposed to be moisturising. It's quite good. One of the girls at work today was stroking my hair as it is really soft. The other one in waiting is blueberry which is for sleek and shiny hair.

Don't use conditioner so don't know if it's any good.

i use naked ones and also dr organics (the manuka honey one) which you can get from holland and barret for about 6 pounds a bottle.

aubrey organics very good but have to buy on internet.

i do curly girl method so don't care about chemicals, just certain ones. i rate MOP protein conditioner and tresemme naturals and inecto cococnut (99p in savers)

sarahseashell · 04/08/2012 20:56

I like the Dr Organics range too. Holland & Barrett do some good deals sometimes.

I used to be a fan of the solid jungle conditioner from Lush, but then I found out it contains SLS. Sad Such a pity, because it smells gorgeous, lasts for ages and works a treat.

Naked and Green People. Both really good.
