Right, I give up, I need a decent lightweight waterproof.

I currently only have one crappy pac a mac type which is nowhere near waterproof and one thick waterproof that's for doing the horses and walking the dog so is usually filthy and stinky. So I need a new one which fits these criteria....
Properly waterproof
Fairly lightweight so I don't boil to death when wearing it all 'summer'
Decent hood that covers forehead and stays put
Reasonably stylish, ie not like a regatta hiking jacket type
Not more than about £100
Fairly short as am stumpy
I have tried looking but not had much joy, don't really know where to start! Any ideas lovely stylish ladies?!

ifeelloved · 18/07/2012 19:50

I love my aigle fetching. I got it for £99. It's waterproof, wind proof, breathable and seam sealed. Smart enough to wear to work, but looks good with jeans too.

trixymalixy · 18/07/2012 21:26

Oh and it has a hood.

I gave up the search for something vaguely stylish, non-mumsy and fitted today and bought the Joules one linked to on Page 1 for £50. I think this will be a lifelong search for the perfect mac.
