Can anyone recommend a genuine 'stay put' mascara?

I swear I must blink about four times as much as everyone else, because every single mascara I have ever worn has ended up staining under my eyes by the mid-afternoon! The only way around it is to coat my lashes in clear mascara after black mascara, but this just means I get through a LOT of clear mascara, and also it often does look as though I have loads of mascara on, so not really appropriate for the day...

However I've recently moved from glasses back to contact lenses so my usual eyeliner (instead of mascara) is looking to heavy. Can anyone recommend a mascara - hopefully not too expensive - that doesn't run or stain?

Believe it or not I used to have the same problem until I started selling avon and using the avon mascara and eye liners and I have never ever had this problem again and best of all its cheap and now that I am a rep I get to buy it from the commission I earn so technically don't need to pay out for it out of my own cash it's from money I never had in the first place lol

I was coming on to recommend blinc! I have the brown one though and while it will stay put forever, it isn’t the most obvious looking. I need to do a few coats and even then it’s nothing like as dramatic as a standard mascara.
