\link{http://www.ukhairdressers.com/style/index2.asp?R1=3445&month1=&pg=1&styl1=Carl%20Shaw\this is what I fancy}

I have thick very dark wavy hair, just down to my shoulders at the moment, no fringe, layers.
Am bored with it, don't want hair longer than that or short hair

any ideas???

have appointment tomorrow afternoon

I think it's lovely frenchgirl. Sophisticated yet sexy. My hair is thick too but wouldn't have the wave to make this work without some tonging!

I need a new haircut - mine is thick and shoulderlength with some layers in it and a side parting - was thinking about a kind of fringe but no idea really. Have a long face and think current style makes it look longer.

frenchgirl that first one isn't a hairstyle, it's a shelf Shock

controlfreaky · 02/03/2006 14:15

is the "person" modelling first style real or a waxwork?? v wierd.

The first one you posted is lovely – sort of picture I used to take in to the hairdresser before finally admitted to myself that people with not-much-hair can't expect miracles. Hair is now more like \link{http://www.ukhairdressers.com/style/index2.asp?R1=6740&month1=&pg=1&styl1=Saks\this} except even shorter and less glam. Suits me, though.

that looks lovely Lio
I wish I could get away with something that short, my mum has a similar style and looks great

I would love a hair cut like that.

LadySherlockofLGJ · 02/03/2006 14:30

The first one that is.

bundle · 02/03/2006 14:34

sigh. frenchgirl, there's nothing really "normal" looking on there that i like...do you know any other good websites?

Lio · 02/03/2006 14:36

It's OK, I can tell just by the way you type that your mum looks fab, Frenchgirl Wink

Frenchgirl · 02/03/2006 14:36

Like teh first style but does look high maintenance, would need lots of Product.

Frenchgirl · 02/03/2006 14:53

Tinker, dh would argue that I am high maintenance ... I guess a bit of product would be needed yes

bundle, can't find a better site for you
had a look at french sites but mostly undoable high fashion stuff

however you might look lovely \link{http://www.edwardwadsworth.com/html/hair_style_4.html\like this?}
