i really just want to pick your brains about training, im currently a sahm dd is full time school and ds does not go to full time school untill sept2013 but currently gets his 16 hrs funded. Im thinking of training to be a hairdresser i started in my teens but only did 6 months (due to problems at home). Iv looked into it and currenlty i cant really do a full time apprentership but my local uni does a level 2 nvq which is 13hrs a week combo of morning afternoons and evenings the have three in house salons. Now i figure i could do the year course which covers evrything to be a qualified hairdresser and still spend time with ds befor he goes full time then when he does i could go on to do level three which is 16hrs and get a jrn postion in a salon for some more on the job training/experience. But i have always been told that an apprentership is the best way. If i could have your opinions and experiences i would really appreciate it
