Bras. Bras bras bras.

I am definitely a 34. I'm pretty certain I'm an F cup as an E feels too small, therefore I am wearing a 34F. Previously I was wearing 36E which was too loose and then too tight on the cup.

The bras I now have are vey comfy, but I feel like they lack... Height? I want them to be a bit more hoicked up Grin but even when I shorten the straps as far as they will go, it still doesn't work. The bras I have aren't padded - if I bought some that were, would that help?

If they lack height it is probably the style, but may mean you need to be slightly smaller in the cup- in which case change brand and find one where either an E or an F gives you a cup a little bit smaller than the ones you have. Stylewise a full cup will give you a lower profile than a balconnette, and so again, you need to try on lots of styles and find one with a less rounded shape, and a more uplifted one. You could also try a moulded cup, like the Freya Deco, this gives your breasts more of a specific shape- and will push them up more.

Oh I didn't think about style

Things were so much easier when I had nice little 32 Cs. Serves me right for eating too much I suppose!

I bought full cup ones from fig leaves and tbh I've enjoyed wearing them because they are genuinely comfortable, but now I feel as though I want one at least to look nice too. I shall have a look for balconette bras and this Freya deco of which you speak Grin

A padded half-cup style like the Freya patsy, would give a round uplifted shape with a lot at the front, but an unpadded balconnette would have a similar effect. I think its because a full cup allows for a more natural line, and in bigger breasts that will be less "up" than in a smaller cup like a C. Have a look at Bravissimo, get them to send you the catalogue as its easier to judge the shape of the cup when you can see a bigger picture.

Try balcony bras, moulded but not padded.

yes it's the style as others have said, try a moulded balconnette. Also it has to be tight to keep you up, if it's even a little bit loose, the strap will climb up on your back.
