I feel as though I have woken up and am suddenly looking at someone 10 years older than me in the mirror, everything appears to be heading south.....

Anyone know of any vaguely safe and reputable treatment(s) that might improve the turkey wattle neck and wobbly chin that appears to be growing daily? I could stand to lose a few pounds, but am not significantly overweight, eat reasonably healthy food, have even started to use a serum and nourishing oil of an evening, but what I REALLY want to hear about is a marvellous, non-invasive, preferably non-bankrupting treatment that will transform me.....

(hopeful)

Anyone? Any joy? Am leaving work now, so will be away for a few hours, but I WILL return.....

(hopeful again)

Many thanks Grin

Ok it's not the holy grail BUT someone on here recommended Astral cream and since it is so inexpensive I thought I would give it ago. No miracles but a definite improvement to my neck. I have been meaning to come on and say thanks to whoever mentioned it. Apparently there are also some exercises which help... Someone might be along with a link

I use a Tua Trend machine. The effect is quite subtle, but if I stop using it for a couple of weeks I really notice the difference.

I'm in the same situation. What I have tried so far:

  1. Losing weight. Helps a lot in reducing volume of fat. Free!
  1. Stop drinking alcohol. Helps a lot in reducing puffiness around jawline. Helps with (1) as well. Free!
  1. (Invasive). Lipodissolve injections. About £350 ish. Works brilliantly but 4 days downtime as the injected area swells up, you look awful. But it's very very effective at spot reductions of fat. Not much used in UK, very popular in Australia and US. Had this four times in six years, big change when I look back on photos from 10 years ago (much less fat around chin/neck 'join') and over 'hinge' of jaw, if that makes sense).
  1. None of the above firm and lift the area. Discounted Thermage as VERY expensive and lots of bad stories. Am trying RF treatment (£500 for three sessions) at a private dermo rooms. Not invasive and no downtime. Starting in July so no news yet.

Several dermos have told me that there is no point using fancy/expensive skin creams. Reducing sun exposure and healthy diet, no smoking etc, all helps skin tone a lot.

Would be great to hear if anyone else has success info?
