Dark circles under eyes/wrinkles etc

My mum is in her 60s and has dark circles under her eyes, and they're a bit sunken and wrinkled too (bless her). I've heard a lot people mention stuff on here that works wonders, maybe Touche Eclat or similiar? Please could anyone advise on what might be the best thing for her to try? She doesn't have huge amounts to spend, so I'd like to get her some as a gift, but not burden her with the cost of replacing it when it runs out iyswim. Thanks for any advice.

Touché éclat is amazing- go for the original colour though.
Eye brighter from benefit is good under the eyes too. It's supposed to be an eyeliner I think but I use it as both.

The No 7 version of touche eclat, their illuminating concealer, £13 iirc (plus you can use the vouchers), and better than the original IMO. If her skin is pink-toned get shade I, if it is at all neutral or yellow-toned get shade II.

Ohhhh I will give that one a try myself thanks- My dark circles are so bad that I use TE so quickly and it is expensive.

If you have time there is a famous make up artist - Lisa Eldridge - who has a beauty blog with a video specific to dark circles/puffiness.

In her other videos she mainly uses Clinque airbrush concealer. That is on my makeup wish list.

Hope that helps.

I use Clinique airbrush concealer. Can recommend.
Your Mum needs a decent eye cream too tho.

I find Cargo Onebase the most effective for dark circles. It is easy to apply with the wand it comes with, and only a little bit is used each time so it lasts a long time.

Thank you all very much for your advice and recommendations. Think I will give the No7 one a try, as I have a voucher so it won't break the bank.
