I always dress in jeans cos I have tummy issues. I'm a size 14 and have curly hair.

But, I have been accepted onto a business mentoring programme and the girls there are all dressed lovely, smart, well groomed and nice hair. I had a photo taken in my phone with one of the people opening the mentoring event and I am horrified. My dress (that I bought the night before) was fine, but my hair was god damn awful. I normally do a lot of FB and twitter updates and this would have been a good one but I am so ashamed of how I look that there is no way that I would ever post that pic.

I own a skincare business and I should be smarted but I am a mess. Clothing, I guess I can take care of that, but it's my hair that is the real worry. With curly hair, my hair is a bit frizzy at the front, and I'm so worried about getting it cut as i am unable to style my hair at all. i REALLY need to look the part - 1st impressions and all that - but no idea where to start. Of course I do have lovely skin Grin but no one's going to look at my skin cos they will have dismissed me and my hair lol.

Help please (oh, and I'm 38)

Moroccan Oil Intense Curl Cream. But will cost about £23. I've got Afro hair but live in Devon so Afro Hair products aren't available to buy locally and find it's really good for my dry hair.

It's a leave in conditioner/styling cream and smells lovely. Wash and condition your hair as normal and rub a squirt (or two) through wet hair. Don't brush your hair just leave it to dry naturally otherwise the curls will frizz. Can you pin your fringe to the side????
