Anybody know how to get rid of or minimise them? Exfoliate? Moisturise? Is there still time before summer?

I think flexitol might work on them iirc.

Thanks, I'll look out for it, I presume it's a lotion?

Yes, it's sold for cracked heels - have a look in chemists. It's a great product. [smil]

I think you need omega 3 too and vitamin a. Best to supplement Vit A as part of a good multi. If pg take in beta carotene form (safe)

Yep, Flexitol. I remember reading about it on MN, got some for DH who has had dry upper arms with those red bumpy bits (there is a medical name for it which escapes me now). Worked a treat, and it's great for your heels too!

I find reducing my carb intake, especially wheat, works with that. I seem to get ingrowing hairs on my upper arms and very dry skin when I eat wheat, which causes pimples that sometimes get infected.

Has it only just appeared? Is it painful? If so check it out for Shingles! If it is you must act fast & get the injection to minimise it or it is HELL!

Mine gets better if I moisturise after showering. I find Nivea is best for me, but any moisturiser or lotion has a positive effect.
