Can you recommend a product for long dry frizzy hair?

Apparently I look like a witch.

My 19 month old dd was pointing out pictures in a Wizard of Oz book. 'Dog, cow, lion, tree . . . Mummy!' Yes, it was a witch, a green faced warty nosed wild frizzy haired witch.

I have considered chopping all my hair off but know from past experience I really don't suit shorter hair, so instead I'm going to get a good trim and hopefully find some magical potion to make it all glossy and lush.

Can anybody recommend any good hair rescue treatments?

Thankyou

A bottle last for ever though *pink8. I think it's worth its weight in gold

Maybe I might be tempted by the smallest one then.....I don't want to miss out on luscious locks Grin

Cosmetic grade argan oil.

I'm definitely going to give the Morrocan Oil a go.

My hair is very fine, but lots of it so the slightest bit of moisture and I turn into a frizz ball. It's wavy, if left to dry naturally goes into soft but frizzy ringlets, blow-dried ends up straight but still frizzy! (There is a pic on my profile, but that was a very good lots of effort wedding to attend hairday)

I need a new hairdryer, I've had mine for 20 years, since I left home Blush. It doesn't even have a nozzle attachment. I might invest in the Babyliss big hair dryer Esmereldada mentioned.

Get Argan Oil - a tenner from Amazon, £30 in my hairdresser's!

You can get a sample bottle of Amazon of Morrocan oil for £5.99. Worth getting a small one to see if you like it or not. I have used my small bottle everyday for the last fortnight and I have barely used a quarter of the bottle.

Can someone explain to me how to use the Moroccan oil - is it a case of just adding a small amount ot wet hair on the ends and then drying it normally? I have the worst 3" on hair at the ends - dry and frizzy and knotty but would rather sort it out than cut if off if possible?

Thanks!

I have just got some grape hair serum from the body shop, you need a tiny amount, rub it in......fabulous

Try going to Aveda as at the moment they are giving away samples of haircare ranges etc. I literally went in today to buy something and ended up with two more samples!

I have hair like yours and they gave me today Dry Rememdy hair mask, last week I got curl contol style prep and the shapoo, conditioner and other treatment and the same in the dry remedy range.

Thought I'd update, I was too impatient to buy over the internet so headed into boots to see if they had anything. I found this argon oil It had the words Morocco and oil on so thought I'd give it a go, also bought the deep nourishing treatment. It's worked wonders, my hair looks and feels silky smooth, still need a trim but thanks for advice, so much better!
