Well, just that really. I feel stupid in knee high boots in May, but Converse and ballet pumps are not going to cut it in this torrential flood iffy spring weather. What are other people wearing?

Ankle boots!

Mid heel black leather ankle boots (Topshop), suede pointed flats, mid height block heel patent courts. For some reason my feet always feel the cold indoors when I am relaxing but I rarely feel it when I am out walking.

For days when I haven't be out and about much I've actually worn pop sock things with my ballet pumps. Don't know if this is normal for other people or not. I spent a lot of time asking DH and DC if they could notice anything weird about my feet and they were either humouring me or genuinely couldn't tell.

I've bought some ash high tops which I love and have worn all weekend but unfortunately can't wear to the office. I am contemplating ankle boots as truly feel a fool in high boots in May but then keep thinking summer will arrive as soon as I buy them... Won't it?

So much so I bought them in black too but they were only £48 on Amazon. Amazon also have them in a gorgeous teal blue colour...but three pairs of the same boots would be wrong.....right?!

HI there, I got a pair of cheapy brogue shoes from brantano just to keep me going until it is properly ballerina flats or sandal weather.

Either an ancient pair of flat brown chelsea boots, or my grey-brown suede heeled ankle boots that I bought during the brief spell of "summer" we had back in March, thinking I was a fool to be buying boots so late.
