Stick foundations - esp. Bobbi Brown

I'm looking for a stick foundation as I have come to the conclusion I want heavy coverage that I can apply quickly. I have the benefit one but the one I have is too light and none of the other colours match. I've read mixed reviews of the Bobbi Brown but the colour range looks good. Those that have used it - can you build up a decent coverage? What are the colours like? I use Estee Lauder double wear light intensity 1.0 but this is a bit pink for me. Any other stick foundation recommendations? I prefer a yellow tone.
TIA

BB colours are great. The stick foundation is fairly light - I don't usually wear foundation as I don't like the feel or look of heavy makeup, but have been so blotchy this pg I gave in - but does cover well IMO, if you use that plus BB creamy concealer you should be able to cover just about anything!

There are a lot of other formulations that BB sell, go along to a counter if you can and try some out.

I've recently bought BB stick foundation to use as a portable foundation when out all day. I use it on top of their moisturising foundation. it's okay- it has good coverage but is doesn't have much "glow" about it.

I found Clinique Repair Wear one of the best for coverage but they stopped doing it in a pale shade.

Thanks alanmoore and ameliagrey. I think I will have to go in and try it out. I don't usually feel comfortable letting them try makeup on me as I have awful skin. I will just have to get over myself :)

ask them just to do a test for the right colour- they will just wipe a tiny bit of your make up off along your jaw and then apply the product.
