New issues of magazines are out soon. What freebies are going to be availbke this month?

I am tempted to buy another issue of Red purely to remain stoclked up on Liz Earle stuff!

Instyle has a choice of 3 nails inc colours (£11 each) there is money off nails inc stuff inside too.

Whenever I see magazines in Sainsburys, the wrapper is ripped open and the gift is gone Sad Angry

Do people really think it's okay to pilfer them?
Even given that it's a free gift, it doesn't mean free to help yourself.

EllenParsons · 06/05/2012 20:36

Gapants Ah okay fair enough. I know there is a really good Bonus Time coming up at House of Fraser where you can actually choose the gifts, so I will also be stocking up on Clinique then and might treat myself to another chubby stick.

ElizaDoMore · 07/05/2012 09:36

Do you have to get Glamour at WHSmith to get the freebie? And is the lip and cheek stain from The Body Shop worth trying?

salemsparklys · 07/05/2012 10:13

Nope, any shop i would imagine although my Tesco only has the issue without gifts in it.
I just got the lip and cheek stain, not tried it yet though

GeorginaWorsley · 07/05/2012 11:58

I rate Chubby Sticks as well, have got 3,Super Strawberry,Mega melon and Whole Lotta Honey.

Which colour Body shop stain should I get on Marie Claire anyone?

ElizaDoMore · 08/05/2012 15:45

I just got the bronze lip & cheek stain - not impressed!

Gapants · 08/05/2012 20:07

eliza why no good? I have browsed the said magazine a couple of times now, and dithered so much that I did not buy one.

warmandwooly · 09/05/2012 16:46

Glamour only comes with the gift when bought at WH Smith and costs £2.49 whilst Galmour everywhere else costs £2.OO. Out of the three copies in my Smiths only one (with the toner) had the gift on.

Honestly. I don't understand it myself!

Gapants, too much gold in the shimmer which I thought looked really ageing when I tried it on my lips. It was quite dry too. Slightly better on cheeks. Gave it to my Mum. Her skin is more olive-toned than mine. Not heard how she got on with it yet.

Gapants · 10/05/2012 12:30

thanks, no good with shimmer myself, think it can look quite cheap.

shattereddreams · 10/05/2012 23:26

Glamour that is bang out of order!
Sell the magazine with a gift for more money than without the gift?
Disgraceful.
Boycott it MN!!!
(I like Prima!!!)

warmandwooly · 11/05/2012 19:39

Shattered- I don't think Glamour advertised the L'Occtaine (sp) it so I think it is just an exclusive/incentive to tempt people to buy at WHSmith just like Red last month when you got Liz Earle (don't know if it was a different price than other places)
