Help! Off to Florida in 2 weeks and need a bikini/ swimsuit

Title says it all really. I'm off to Florida and am very bored with my old bikinis but can't find anything I like. I'm a size 8/10 with a bit of a post baby belly, dark haired an fair skinned. I'll be with 2 small children so something that isn't easy to untie to avoid embarrassing situations would also be good. No real colour preference. Thanks!

I just bought 2 costumes from Sainsburys. I bough the tummy control ones and they are lovely. One purple, one black. But they had more colourful ones as well. Only £15-20.

I have a bit (lot) of a belly and they flatten it nicely.

Oooh cheap and flatten the tummy, will have a look thanks Ugg.

I bought a tummy control one in Primark and it's FAB, really flattering - and was £8. I got black but they had a few other bright colours too. It's v-neck, slightly padded and really comfy.

They had some really nice bikinis in too.

Thanks Foosty, will check that out too.

Buy one in target when you get there. Will be much nicerSmile

Are they 'reasonably' priced at Target Shop? Also we're staying on the resort at Disney with no car so will have to check what shops I could get to, but if they would have something much nicer then it might be worth a bit of hassle. plus it could mean getting some peace and quiet on my own for a bit

No recommendations as such, but if you're planning on going to the water parks I'd suggest a swimming costume over a bikini. Some of the water slides and the large wave pool in typhoon lagoon can result in revealing a little more than you'd hoped to when wearing a bikini as I found out!

Re getting around without a car and nearest shops etc, if you haven't already head over to www.thedibb.co.uk. It's a forum for Brits travelling to disneyworld and has lots of useful information.

Thanks for the link LtheWife, will check it out. Good point about the water parks, and here was me worrying about DS pulling my bikini off Grin

If you are in Disney it will be more difficult to buy "cheap" swimwear as they tend to brand everything or have the more expensive makes. Super Target is an American supermarket/ sell everything shop, but a little bit better than Walmart. They sell everything and I certainly would not want to miss a visit when in Florida. However it will probably be best to buy your swimsuits here as they are essential and if you don't get the chance to go you willbe stuck without swimwear.

Think you're probably right Shop, having had a quick look at a few other things I'm very glad the package we booked includes most meals and a $150 gift card to help satisfy DD's cuddly toy obsession :-)
I'll do a bit more searching for something here, thanks again
